Yeloe Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: September 11, 2026

By using Yeloe, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions may be sent to ReddrickKonz8915@outlook.com.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age to consent to digital services where you live. If you are below the applicable age, you may not use Yeloe. If you use the app for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

Yeloe provides coffee and latte art photo and video browsing, search, likes and favorites, comments, follows, profiles, personal work records, and optional consumable Coin purchases. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and obligations for completed Apple transactions.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and account session. Do not transfer session tokens or bypass identity, security, purchase, or access controls. Contact us if you discover unauthorized use. You can log out from Profile > Settings. You can also permanently delete the account from Profile > Settings > Delete Account. After you review the consequences and confirm, the app submits the request directly to Yeloe's online services and invalidates active Yeloe sessions; no separate email request is required.

4. Your Content

You retain rights you lawfully hold in photos, videos, titles, descriptions, avatars, and comments you create. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content, including any necessary consent from people shown in it.

You grant Yeloe the limited permission needed to display, play, crop, compress, publish, support interactions with, and delete your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

Yeloe applies text screening to nicknames, post titles and descriptions, and comments before publication. Users can report posts and comments, immediately hide reported content, block other users, review reports under Settings > Submitted Reports, manage blocks under Settings > Blocked Accounts, and contact Safety Support from Settings. The Community Guidelines explain the applicable content standards and safety controls. We may investigate concerns escalated to Safety Support and restrict or remove content or access where reasonably necessary for violations of these Terms or law.

6. Coins and In-App Purchases

7. Third-Party Services

Apple provides app distribution, StoreKit payments, and refund processes. Adjust provides attribution and event analytics. These services operate under their own terms and policies, and we do not control their continued availability.

8. Intellectual Property

Except for your content, Yeloe software, interfaces, branding, curation, and materials provided through the app are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant a right to copy, distribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works except as needed for ordinary app use.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app, log out, or permanently delete your account at any time. Account deletion removes or irreversibly anonymizes account data associated with you and normally completes within 30 days. Once completed, the account, user content, and unused Coins cannot be restored. We may retain limited transaction, refund, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records only where reasonably necessary for those purposes and for the applicable retention period.

We may restrict access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, create a security risk, or if law requires action. Content-rights provisions, purchase restrictions, disclaimers, and liability provisions that by nature should survive will remain effective.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yeloe is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation, or that content or search results will always be accurate. Coffee content is for inspiration and record keeping, not professional, safety, health, or dietary advice. Warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury. Mandatory consumer rights in your region remain available.

12. Disputes

Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Applicable mandatory consumer-protection and conflict-of-law rules are not affected by these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when features, providers, or legal requirements change and will revise the date at the top. We will provide additional notice where legally required. Continued use after changes take effect indicates acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the service.
