This policy explains how Yeloe handles information for latte art browsing, personal creation records, sign-in, purchases, and related technical operations. For privacy questions, contact ReddrickKonz8915@outlook.com.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Yeloe iOS app and its coffee and latte art browsing, personal works, account, and Coin purchase features. It does not replace Apple's separate policies.
2. Information We Handle
Information you provide or create
- Sign-in and account data: a session token, user identifier, and first-registration status used to maintain access.
- Profile data: nickname, avatar, and a photo selected or captured for the avatar.
- Creations and interactions: photos or videos selected from the photo library or captured using the camera, audio recorded with captured videos, work titles and descriptions, comments, likes, favorites, follows, activity state, and creation history.
- Transaction data: selected Coin pack, StoreKit transaction identifier, purchase state, Coin balance, and aggregate Coin earning and spending. Apple processes payment credentials; Yeloe does not directly receive complete card details.
- Safety data: reported item identifiers, reported authors, report reasons, report times and status, blocked-user records, and information you choose to send to safety support.
Automatically generated technical data
- App version, iOS version, device model, language, country or region, time zone, and an app-generated device identifier.
- Attribution data supplied by Adjust, such as the Adjust device identifier, advertising identifier when the system permits it, campaign details, and event information.
- Analytics events such as sign-in, registration, and purchase, plus network request information required to provide app features.
3. Permissions
- Photo Library: Choose photos or videos for community posts, and choose a photo for your profile avatar. You can still browse content if access is denied.
- Camera: Take a profile photo or capture photos and videos for community posts. You may choose existing media from the photo library instead.
- Microphone: Record audio when capturing videos for community posts. The microphone is not used when selecting existing media.
- Tracking: The app requests permission through App Tracking Transparency so it can use an advertising identifier for attribution and measurement when allowed. Denial does not block browsing or creation.
4. Why We Use Information
- Provide latte art photo and video browsing, search, personal works, profiles, and interaction records.
- Maintain sign-in sessions, respond to logout, and perform account deletion.
- Complete consumable Coin purchases, prevent duplicate crediting, and manage the Coin balance.
- Keep the service reliable and secure, identify abnormal requests, and troubleshoot problems.
- Perform attribution, effectiveness measurement, and product analytics where required system permission has been granted.
- Respond to support, privacy, and rights requests.
- Screen content, hide reported material, apply user blocks, investigate escalated safety concerns, and enforce the Community Guidelines.
5. Data Processing
We process works, media, nickname, avatar, comments, likes, favorites, follows, reports, blocked-user records, history, activity, Coin balance, and transaction-deduplication records to provide creation, interaction, safety, profile, purchase, and account-management features.
Session, device, and attribution information may accompany network requests related to sign-in, analytics, and purchases.
6. Service Providers and Disclosure
- Apple: App Store distribution, StoreKit payments, refund processes, and system permissions.
- Adjust: Mobile attribution, advertising-identifier handling, and event analytics.
- Sign-in and network service providers: Account-session and network operations required to provide the app.
We may also disclose necessary information to comply with law, protect users and service security, complete a corporate reorganization, or follow your direction. We do not claim that all processing occurs in your country or region; network services may involve international processing.
7. Retention and Account Deletion
We retain account information and user content only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet the purposes described in this policy, or satisfy applicable legal obligations. Individual works and interactions may be removed through the available controls. Signing out ends the current session but does not delete the account.
You can permanently delete your Yeloe account from Profile > Settings > Delete Account. After you review the consequences and confirm, Yeloe submits the deletion request directly to its online services, invalidates active Yeloe sessions, and removes account data stored on the device. Account deletion does not require an email or a separate support request.
We delete or irreversibly anonymize the account profile, user-generated content, social interactions, safety records, Coin balance, and device or attribution identifiers that we can associate with the account. Where applicable, we also instruct service providers processing data for us to delete or de-identify the associated information. Deletion normally begins immediately and is completed within 30 days. Once completed, the account, content, and unused Coins cannot be restored.
We may retain only the limited records reasonably necessary to comply with law, administer Apple transactions or refunds, prevent duplicate credits, detect fraud or security abuse, or establish or defend legal claims. Such records are isolated from active account data, restricted to the stated purpose, and deleted or anonymized when the applicable retention period ends. Apple and other independent controllers may retain information under their own policies and legal obligations.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- Manage photo library, camera, microphone, and tracking permissions in iOS Settings.
- Edit your nickname and avatar in Profile, delete your own works, and manage favorites.
- Log out through Profile > Settings > Log Out.
- Review submitted reports through Profile > Settings > Submitted Reports.
- Review and reverse user blocks through Profile > Settings > Blocked Accounts.
- Contact the published safety email through Profile > Settings > Safety Support.
- Use Profile > Settings > Delete Account to permanently delete the Yeloe account and associated data from Yeloe's online services and this device. The app displays the consequences and asks for confirmation before submitting the request.
- Email support to request access, correction, a portable copy where available, or help with an account-deletion request. We may need to verify that the requester controls the account, but support contact is not required for the in-app deletion flow.
The current app has no one-tap data export tool. You may request a portable copy by email; availability depends on information we actually hold and can associate with you.
9. Children and Minors
Yeloe is intended for people at least 13 years old who also meet the minimum age for digital services where they live. Anyone below the applicable age should not use the service or submit personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a minor provided information improperly may contact us.
10. Security
We use reasonable measures such as transport protection and access restrictions. No data-processing or transmission method is completely secure. Do not place unnecessary sensitive information in titles, descriptions, comments, or support messages.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when features, providers, or legal requirements change and will revise the date at the top. We will use reasonable methods to call attention to material changes.
